I can’t log into the WiFi router
1. Tried the router password (not WiFi password)
2. Re set the router (60sec) reset and still not logging in.
3. Tried with phone and laptop over WiFi and tried direct on a Ethernet from laptop.
I think the password is missing further numbers/letters as the print looks not complete.
How can I resolve this or obtain the full password?

VM do not appear to hold the passwords, request a replacement Hub

The printing on the Hub 5 is particularly bad, you are not the first to complain. Unless you can get the password worked out, as @Client62 has stated, there is no way around this. A new Hub will be required.
A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and discuss directly with you.

We'd like to investigate this further, so please join me over private message so we can collect the details. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
