Can't get virgin despite it being at my door.

Hoping somebody can shed some light on my situation here and maybe help me out.

I've called VM, been to an o2 store and filled a request for contact and haven't gotten anything back. So this is my last option.

Had vm at my old address and it was great, figured i would take it out in the new flat. Neighbours have it but i can't it seems, if the street were a deadzone that would be the end of it but there is a vm grate at the front of my building door and a few of my neighbours have it.

Is this something somebody can sort out?
