I’ve set up my hub 3. Rang up to connect. Left the activation 2 hours still unable to connect to the internet. Rang back and said it’s connected. How come I can’t get any internet?
I’m also unable to crate my virgin media account with the account number and email provided

Have you been able to resolve this issue since your last post and get the Hub up and running? Do you still require an email with your account number etc so you can set up your My Virgin Media profile?
