Keep getting flashing red light on hub. I am working from home and constantly have issue with no internet connection. I checked the hub it cold so no issue there. Also called help desk they said there it no known issue in area however seems to be issue with my line. 24hrs monitor that doesn’t help me with anything I can’t work and until how long should I connect to my personal hotspot to do my work.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Hub 5 and broadband connection. I've just checked over things on our systems, and I'm unable to detect any faults currently that would explain why you're experiencing these issues.
Is this problem ongoing for you today? If so, is it a constant red light or is it flashing/intermittent? Can you also confirm if it's a constant loss of connection or intermittent drops?
