Hi, I recently got a new hub installed and also got a new wifi pod (wifi booster) which initially had a white flashing light, but then I got in touch with the engineer and he managed to send the provisioning form and the white lights had stopped (configuration had completed). For some reason the white flashing light is back and I called technical support today who said the pods will need to be replaced, is this correct? The i have two pods and one is less then a month old. Thanks

Hello Chirag27.
Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear about the pod flashing white again.
We can take a look at this for you.
It is possible to get it provisioned from here. save you having to wait for a replacement to be sent out.
Unless our team have arranged for a replacement already.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
