WiFi not connecting.

For the last two days my Hub 5 has been flashing with a blue light no matter how many times I reboot or reset it. Went through all of the troubleshooting steps with no luck.

I checked online to see if there were issues in my area and sometimes it said there was, other times it said it was totally fine so I'm a bit lost as to what is actually going on.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and was able to fix it?

This is in the G75 area of East Kilbride, for the record.

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
