Hi all, last week we re joined Virgin broadband from Sky Superfast. Our Sky Broadband was quite slow so we wanted to “upgrade” to fibre. We originally had it installed before covid so everything was in place for us to reconnect with the Hub 3.
Since we’ve had it the WiFi drops in and out if you go out of the room the Hub is in. I’ve used the connect app to see the WiFi levels, however, you need to be on the WiFi for it to test the strength!! Catch 22 situation.
We had Sky Super fast for years and even though it’s not the quickest it never disconnected when you went in a different room, in fact it worked all through the house. So I doubt there’s interference from others things in the house as Sky broadband worked.
I’ve done a reset on the Hu just in case and it worked for a few hours today, but now it’s gone back to being intermittent dropping in and out.
Can anyone help?
