Urgent Help Required - Remote Desktop connection to companies network does not work!

Hi All,

Urgently need help with this issue as it seems to only happen on my virgin media connection.

I am trying to remote desktop from my work laptop using my VM connection but i keep getting this error... It does not happen when i am in the office or when i hotspot from my phone or use another connection..

I have tried to call VM to get support but no luck.. My modem is modem only and i se a netgear R8000P - I've checked all the settings there and nothing is blocking it at my end that i can see..

Anyone can assist please?

I get a response from : nslookup rdgateway-r1.wvd.microsoft.com
But I get "not reachable" from :  ping rdgateway-r1.wvd.microsoft.com

Are you wishing to rdp direct from your VM connection to rdgateway-r1.wvd.microsoft.com ?
or do you first connect a office VPN & then rdp ?

Remove router connect laptop  to hub in modem mode power off for 2 mins

also change DNS to 1.1.1.1 , 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9

A using a Public DNS does not make rdgateway-r1.wvd.microsoft.com reachable.

I forced the dns change in my router before and it didnt fix the issue
