Service dropouts, speed bumps, time outs, RS Errors

I've been having intermittent Internet over ethernet and WiFi. I have been getting this issue intermittently everyday for around three weeks. I have checked all Coax connections and reseated them which helped a little with the RS errors, rebooted the Hub3, but the underlying problem still persists. anyone have any ideas? All help greatly appreciated.

IGNORE the 23 minute outtage at 01.03am - That was me checking coax connections.

Hi all,

I've been away for a week so there was nothing in the house connected to the router (apart from a cctv dvr) all other devices were either away with us or switched off as far as I'm aware. On checking the router logs again on our return I'm getting large ammounts of pre and post RS errors and T3 timeouts. would anyone have any ideas?

Hey there, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you've been having some connection issues.

I've taken a look and I can see there was an area outage however this has now ended.

Has the connection improved since Monday?
