Hi guys , my hub is showing a red light for the last 2 weeks, before used to be white. I reset it and still no change, also if I go into the bedroom, literally a paper thin wall away the signal keeps dropping on my mobile. Anyone can help? I tried VM but with no results as I can't seem to speak to a human.
