Red light on Hub 3

The problem is VM are caught between a rock and a hard place with this.  The Hub 3's are getting older now and the LED's are just fading out.  It could well be the Hub 3 is fine and will work for years to come, but as this "Red" LED is the overheat warning, IMHO it's too great a risk to ignore it.
