Red light on Hub 3.0

Hiya,

My Virgin Hub 3.0 router has had a solid red light for the past day and I was wondering if this issue could be resolved, please?

I did a factory reset with a pin and turned it off overnight yet the issue persists.

The light initially flashes red when powered back on but then goes back to a solid red.

The router is hot but i'm not sure if it's always been that temperature?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The key piece of missing information is whether or not your Internet works.

Anyway, whichever, the Hub 3 is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I'm having the same issues with my Hub 3.0 displaying a solid red light consistently.

- Hot to the touch

- Internet is patchy

- I've switched it on & off multiple times

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

It's dangerous if left on unattended.  The VM bods need to get back to you quickly to arrange a replacement.  Unfortunately, it is likely to be a recycled Hub 3 and the inevitable ....

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on your Hub3
I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange a swap.

In the meantime can you please ensure the Hub3 is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
