I have a red light on my hub.  I have tried a factory reset, turning it off and on.  It is working plugged in to ethernet but WIFI is not working at all.  Please advise.

I have a solid red light on my hub.  From research it looks like this is due to overheating.  How can I request an engineer visit or replacement hub ASAP?

Please confirm it’s a hub3. Do a pin-hole reset and if the red LED remains it will need replacing.

Yes it is a hub3. Have done pinhole reset and red light persists.  Any idea how to get WIFI back working in the meantime?

Hello priority76

Sorry to hear of the Hub issues experienced and the red LED showing, we appreciate the concern this can cause and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

In the meantime, if the Hub is running Hot, please turn it off and ensure it is only used when someone is present. Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.

Hi priority76,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the hub.

This will need an engineer visit, so I can help I've popped you over a private message.
