Red Light on Virgin Hub 3

There is a solid red over-heating light on my VM Hub 3, I have done a full reset however it still stays red, how can I get the Hub replaced, I can't get near a human to report it when phoning.

I am having the exact same issue as OP atm, have tried soft reset and pinhole resets on my hub3 but the red light still remains and has done for a week or so now. When I tried the live chat I got a bot that wasn't much help and tried to connect me to a whatsapp that I never recieve, and when I phone up the 0345 number it fobs me off with a text message with guides that ive already gone through, and then hangs up on me.

If its possible your able to help me sort this, it would be much appreciated.

I am so sorry to hear that you are also facing this issue and thank you for trying the recommended steps so far. I do think it would be best we arrange for an engineer to come and take a look.
