Hi, constant red light on Hub 3. Hub is quite warm, connection is OK most of the day but sticking in the evenings when streaming. Have done all resets inc. factory reset using pin hole on back of hub. I called Virgin Media and have been told Hub cannot be replaced because when they check the line remotely they can't see any problems: they say I need to call them at exactly the point when the connection is not working. This is crazy (i.e. by the time I get through will it still be sticking?) - and potentially dangerous. Please could someone from Virgin help? Thank you.
