Packet loss
Been getting packet loss for at least 4 months now consistently , Currently on hub 5 router mode, upgraded plan to Gigabit broadband, changed ethernet cable and tried tp link powerline adapters none...
Finally convinced them to turn Realspeed off, and the results speak for themselves, don't they?
No sure what those two packet loss events were, but certainly not as worrying as the first graph, right 😉 lol
I’m having this exact same issue and I’m about to lose it. Saw this and thought, OK, going to tell them to turn it off. Technical support wait time 40 minutes. So I thought I’d call to ask how long I have on my contract (because where is that information online?) Cancellation info wait time 30 minutes.
Hey Siri, define total shambles.
You can run StarTrinity CST with 2mb up and down and that is said to stop it not that it shouldn't be needed due to VM don't want to mess up their lovely Statistics of 2Mb missing that they never get a good run due to you running CST and at what point will they up it less then 5Mb of user being idle? 10Mb... 100Mb? madness!
