PS4 speed issue with Hub 3.0

Hi, I recently moved to Virgin and everything is going well so far except the PS4. I tried connecting with Ethernet, I get around 150 mbp download and 3 mbp upload. Same with wireless. I keep lagging...

        Hey, my WiFi is doing the same thing again. The upload speed is low and im lagging again. Please help me on what to do thanks.
