Noisy WiFi Pod

One of my WiFi pods makes a loud noise like a fan running is inside and it is about to take off.  The other one has never made this noise, any one else had this problem?

I have arranged for a replacement WiFi Pod to be sent out to you and that should be with you within 3 - 5 days. If you could return the faulty Pod back to us in the same packaging that would be great - a returns label should be sent with the new pod.

I am sorry to hear one of your Pods is making a loud noise. This does sound faulty so I will pop you a PM now and take a closer look into this.

In the mean time, please ensure that the equipment is powered off over night and when left unattended.

Hello. I have the same problem with a pod I have had for a few weeks. It's in a room we don't use often & yesterday I noticed a red flashing light on it & a whirring sound. I have disconnected it, but should I request a replacement? 

Yea, they told me to turn it off and arranged a replacement

Mine has started doing exactly the same !! Is this common ? How do I arrange a replacement as well please ?
