Noisy WiFi Pod

One of my WiFi pods makes a loud noise like a fan running is inside and it is about to take off.  The other one has never made this noise, any one else had this problem?

    I have arranged for a replacement WiFi Pod to be sent out to you and that should be with you within 3 - 5 days. If you could return the faulty Pod back to us in the same packaging that would be great - a returns label should be sent with the new pod.

I have the same problem, one of the 3 pods I have has become very noisy, keeping us awake at night.  I called and was promised a replacement, but a day later had a message to say they had cancelled the order because I had the maximum number of pods.  I called and spoke to someone else and they said that the pod is working after running remote tests so they have refused to send a new one - but i cannot sleep and need the pod.  Can someone please help me by replacing the very noisy pod? Please?

I'm sorry to hear that one of your Wi-Fi Pods seems to be creating a loud noise. Have you managed to speak with a member of the team to arrange a potential replacement since your post, or do you need further assistance?
