Noisy WiFi Pods

I have 3 white WiFi pods situated throughout the house . Over the last fortnight all three have become unbearably noisy . All three sound like there is a mini turbine engine inside preparing to take off . I’ve notice that all 3 have got noticeably hot to touch in comparison to when they were first installed . 

  • Matter resolved . Eventually got through to customer service who were very helpful . Three of the new upgraded pods were sent to me during the week . Pods were delivered by YODEL yesterday and are up and running .

    We're sorry to hear the pods aren't working as expected. It seems a bit strange that all 3 have the same issue, at the same time. Please turn the pods off and unplug these completely for safety reasons. 

    We're not able to bulk replace pods so the best thing for us to do is arrange an engineer to come and check things over. If the pods are faulty and need replacing, this will be done on a like for like basis. 

    It's worth noting that if there is no fault found with the pods, there would be a charge of £25 for the engineer.
