Noisy WiFi Pod

One of my WiFi pods makes a loud noise like a fan running is inside and it is about to take off.  The other one has never made this noise, any one else had this problem?

    I have arranged for a replacement WiFi Pod to be sent out to you and that should be with you within 3 - 5 days. If you could return the faulty Pod back to us in the same packaging that would be great - a returns label should be sent with the new pod.

    I am sorry to hear one of your Pods is making a loud noise. This does sound faulty so I will pop you a PM now and take a closer look into this.

    In the mean time, please ensure that the equipment is powered off over night and when left unattended.

      Hello. I have the same problem with a pod I have had for a few weeks. It's in a room we don't use often & yesterday I noticed a red flashing light on it & a whirring sound. I have disconnected it, but should I request a replacement?

        Yea, they told me to turn it off and arranged a replacement

      Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Please do make your own thread in the future :).

      We're sorry to hear of the any Pod issues. Upon checking the system, we can see you've spoke to the team and they are sending out a replacement.

      Please ensure that until received, you have unplugged the Pods that are having an issue.

        Hello, I’m having similar issues where my wifi pod is extremely loud and hot to touch, making me feel unsafe to leave it plugged in. Can you please help

  • I have the same problem, one of the 3 pods I have has become very noisy, keeping us awake at night.  I called and was promised a replacement, but a day later had a message to say they had cancelled the order because I had the maximum number of pods.  I called and spoke to someone else and they said that the pod is working after running remote tests so they have refused to send a new one - but i cannot sleep and need the pod.  Can someone please help me by replacing the very noisy pod? Please?

      I'm sorry to hear that one of your Wi-Fi Pods seems to be creating a loud noise. Have you managed to speak with a member of the team to arrange a potential replacement since your post, or do you need further assistance?
