I too keep having this issue. I have a WiFi pod which I cannot setup due to the app not working. When you call tech support they ask you to open the app and start a diagnostics (the app does not work) yes I have tried re-installing the app I have even tried on an other device. I’m getting bored of the LACK OF SUPPORT from VM.
