  1. My hub is showing constant red light internet and wifi working fine and hub has been reset multiple times help needed

The red light is an overheat warning. If the hub is hot & not warm then turn it off & let it cool down for a while. A forum team member will respond shortly & get your details to facilitate getting the hub replaced.
