I've factory reset my hub 4, but I still can't log in. Whatever password I use does not work. Has anyone had any luck with a solution to this?

Did you press reset for 60 seconds and then leave the Hub powered on to revert to the shipping condition ?
If yes, and the admin menu still does not work or the Hub password from the sticker is rejected, request a replacement Hub.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, apologies for the issues that you are having with the Connect App. Can we ask have you ensured that you have updated your phone as the latest version of the app. Also if you have removed the app and re-installed and logged back in?
Do you get any error messages, and have you tried searching manually using the camera option to scan the barcode on the Hub?

Tholly, apologies in advance if I'm about to insult your intelligence but if you're talking about logging into the actual hub to tweak settings you need the password printed on the bottom of the hub. I only share this info because in a moment of low brightness for my brain, I did just this last week with another device, trying all the passwords under the sun until I realised the admin password is different and (in my case) had reverted to the factory one printed on the actual unit.
Again, apologies if I've misunderstood your issue. Just throwing it out there.
