Hub 3 Problem

I understand that there should be 4 working ethernet ports on the Hub3. Only one port working. All tests say my system is working fine. Full reset on hub carried out to no avail. Can't seem to get anyone from VM to discuss the issue.

  • Are you sure the Hub is not in modem mode? In that mode, only one ethernet port will work.

      Thank you for your reply. Apparently if the Hub3 was in modem mode the WiFi would not work.The WiFi is working really good.

        We're sorry to hear the ethernet ports on the hub are not working. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
