Look to get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode
Any wifi routers you would recommend, that will also increase my range ?
like this
or cheaper
Looking at the BQM graph, it suggests that you had a total internet outage for hours
during the red period. Was that the case ?
Or is the BQM pointed at a device that is not always powered on ? ( i.e,. not your VM Hub )
When looking to increase Wi-Fi coverage focus on having several Wi-Fi access points or Wi-Fi MESH nodes,
using just one VM Hub or one 3rd Party Router is very unlikely to provide coverage of a family sized house.
We have a VM Hub in Router mode + two Wi-Fi Access Points to cover two levels and a dozen rooms.
Thank you, Alessandro.
I've reviewed the BQM over the past week, and there are frequent red indicators, some persisting for extended periods and others appearing briefly.
I agree that the coverage with the standard VM Hub is insufficient, and switching to a Mesh system would likely improve performance.
