I am constantly getting this error msg on my network log. When I do a check via my hub 5 it says I have home WiFi problems. My devices are in the same room as the router. Keep getting dropouts while streaming.
RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
I've done research on this group as to fixes but all saying an engineer needs to come out.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear of any Broadband issues. You do need an engineer visit as your Upstream channels are out of spec.
