Soon after changing package my broadband is intermittent. Red light on hub 3 box, I’ve done all the checks steps, is well ventilated etc. I only ever end up with check back here in 24hours.
I’ve had the hub for 7 maybe 8 years, can someone please help me?
TV works fine.

Hey fayec202, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry you are having some issues with a red light.
Please do try these steps;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
And also look out in your DM's.
