App not connecting to hub

Virgin media connect app is not connecting to hub. I’ve tried resetting hub to original settings but still not connecting. It keeps saying your not home

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the connect app. 

Can you confirm if the app is up to date? 

Have you tried the app on a different device?

Do you have a VPN, as the app was saying the same thing until I turned the VPN off on my phone.

Yes my app is up to date. Still does not work 

I don’t have vpn

Thanks for the update. Could you please ensure that you phones location is set automatically by the phones settings to recognise that you are home and in the correct location, and then delete your Connect App account and logout, delete the app and re-install creating a new account and try again.
