My account will not allow me to log in to my account, it keeps reverting to a previous account.
I have only been trying to get Virgin installed for a year each time there has been an issue. Any suggestions how I can update the old account number?

Hey Redcitreon, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Please remember you are only able to set an online account up once your order is active if you are still waiting to be installed you will not be able to set one up just yet.
When you are installed you will be able to make an account if you still having issues after this do let us know.
