I can't log in to my account it keeps saying the verification link has expired, can somebody help me with this please

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing the My Virgin Media online account. Does the email with the verification link arrive in your inbox almost right away or is there a delay?

Not straight away after 2 or 3 minutes it arrives 

Thank you for that information. Can you confirm if you have attempted to sign in since using any of the links?

I have tried several times getting a link all times it hasn't worked
