Contract Expired
My contracted was due / and has now expired on 27th May. On 28th April via live chat I negotiated a new 18 month contract for £140 month. I thought it strange that those contract details did not appear on my account , I had received the pre contract email etc and agreed it via the text message sent. After 27th May my account showed that I was out of contract. Contacted via live chat again and this time was offered a 2 year contract of £141.50 , will a rolling credit of £1.50 , this was on 27th , but my account still shows out of contract !!! . I have lodged a complaint , but have had no reply to that so far... What is going on !
