Contract expiring

Hi all,

My contract is due to expire soon and I’ve tried to access a new deal through the link however 

I keep getting Oops somethings gone wrong.

I was able to access it a couple of weeks ago but I haven’t been able to every time I’ve tried since and it’s been quite a few.

I tried going through chat but that was just pointless any help would be appreciated.

    It's frustrating that the link isn't working for you, but it's possible the offer might have now expired. 

    We would advise you to please contact us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so we can explore a new deal for you.

  • Its 150 or 0345 4541111 ... early after 0800 hrs .. good chance of contact with UK understandable staff who may help .. good luck

  • I was hoping to avoid the lengthy call process 

    I should have renewed at the time as it was not a bad deal even though it was going up about £15

  • All sorted cancellation confirmed unfortunately the price has doubled and the value is just not there. The website needs a major overhaul as it’s not fit for purpose as nothing seems to work originally offered a package at £61 now it over a hundred doesn’t make sense to me.Fortunately fibre is now in my area so I’m not tied to Virgin anymore if I want fast broadband.
