Not receiving verification email
Hi, I am trying to sign into my account ass a new customer but I have not received the verification email. I have pressed the resend verification email button and still have not received the email. Can anyone help with this?
If the affected VM email account is still linked to a live VM broadband account then the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) are best placed to help you.
One of the team will contact you via this forum thread and take the details via a forum private message. Hopefully that should be tomorrow. Edited to say that I see that Team member John_GS has arrived already :)
