Hi,
I've been trying to register for a my Virgin Media account having recently became a new broadband customer.
When I tried to make an account a few days ago, everytime I clicked the link in the verification email to verify my email address, it said the link has expired. After a few tries I gave up.
I tried again today and this time the verification email hasn't even come through.
Any help?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
