Verification Email never arrives

Been trying to get this email to arrive for some time now. Phoned support but they only tried to send it the same way. Can somebody please just verify my account so I can properly use the service.

Have you looked in your Junk / Spam folder, it might have gone in there?


Yeah, but nothing unfortunately. From looking at the forum, it appears to be an extremely common issue.
