Hello,

I have made a similar mistake as others and missed two numbers out of my email address and so won't receive the confirmation email for the broadband package I have just purchased.

Please could someone help me.

I have a similar problem, but I was signing up for my mum's broadband and misspelt her email address.

If your mum is the account holder, then am afraid she will have to change the email address, if you give us a call on 👉🏼 0345 454 1111.

Hi,

Unfortunately, my mum tried to call in but the automated system wouldn't let us call in without a virgin phone number or account number, neither of which we have because we didn't get any emails yet.

Is there another phone number I can get where we can at least speak to a human?
