Please help!! Im new!

Hope someone can help. Joined for broadband last week, router all unpacked & set up. Amazing speeds of 265mps in my room, kitchen, living room.....unfortunately, a pathetic 29mbps in my sons room! He needs way much better for his gaming PC, TV, iPhone etc. Tried to create an account on the app, but haven't been billed yet, got no paperwork, only delivery confirmation texts....si no damn account number....and none on my contract. How do I get one? Need to enquire about some kind of booster for his room. Thanks.....anyone?

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to create a new account, and of course with the Wi-Fi signal in your son's bedroom.

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I can assist you with the setting up of the self-care account and the possibility of ordering a Wi-Fi pod.
