Hi.
I was tilda my old account number from a previous sign up would be removed from the app so my new account number with my new package would show. It's still the old details so it thinks I'm not a customer. Can someone help get my new account active on my email

Sorry for any confusion regarding signing into the app, if you have a new account you would need to register again for a My Virgin Media account with your new account details.
You would need to use a new email address to register, or we can arrange to move the old account details over, please let us know.
