My app shows unavailable since moving house

Tuning in

Since I moved house on Monday my virgin media app is just saying unavailable and not showing any of my info, I think my account needs updating to the new one but Im unsure how to do this. 

Anyone know?

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with your online account since moving home.

If you use a different email address, you can register for a new My Virgin Media account using the new account details. You can register here 

If you're unable to do this for any reason, please let us know and we can arrange a transfer of the online account for you.
