I can't log in to my virgin media on my laptop. Anyone with solutions?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I ask what happens when you try to log in to the email? 

Are you using web mail or client mail?

I'm logging into my own personal virgin media email on various sign in pages. Sometimes it lets me put in my user name but the password box is ghosted or user name and password are both ghosted.

Thanks for coming back and confirming that for us. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
