Every time I try to get into my ntlworld email it asks me to download appsuite.

I am now experiencing this problem, I am unable to access my emails via my iPhone I receive the message do I want to download appsuite but as I have had my emails hacked I am unwilling to chance doing this. I can access my emails via my iPad & MacBook but I need to be able to use my phone to do this also. Please can anyone help?

Hey bdawson9, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

This may be down to your phone asking you to do this as it does not support it, what phone do you have and is it fully updated?

If its working on the other two fine it will be an issue with the phone.
