Change account number on the app

Hi I have a new contract and need to change the account number associated with my email so I can access the new information with the app. Can anyone advise. Thanks

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 😊

If you've a new account you would need to re-register for My Virgin Media, you can can do this using a different email address, or if you want us to move the online account over we can pop you a private message to get more details.
