Cannot login to new account, only into the old one

Hello,

I have recently swapped to a different package on VM, I was assigned to a new account and area reference, but upon login to my account it still links me to my old package.

Any ideas on how to get this changed?

Hi iRobvrt,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are glad to hear you have stayed with us on a new package, when the account changes so does the account number, you need to set up a new Online Account using the new account number and a different Email address, once set up you can revert back to your preferred Email.

When trying to set up a new account, it says "We Found You" and tries to log me into my old account still. Any other work arounds?
