Hello

I want to change to e-billing & have gone to communication preferences but there is no button that says switch to e-billing?

Hey Phil57, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

You can do this by following these steps 0r guide here;

1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

Thanks for your response.

When I click on my profile, there is no e-billing section. All I see is communication preference which lists e-mail/text/ebilling but nowhere is there a box called e-billing.

That is my problem.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues getting E-billing set up via My VM. It should be a case if you have selected e-mail/text/ebilling that this is correctly set up for you!
