Hello I want to change to e-billing & have gone to communication preferences but there is no button that says switch to e-billing?

Thanks for your response.
When I click on my profile, there is no e-billing section. All I see is communication preference which lists e-mail/text/ebilling but nowhere is there a box called e-billing.
That is my problem.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues getting E-billing set up via My VM. It should be a case if you have selected e-mail/text/ebilling that this is correctly set up for you!
