Broadband only ?.

I am currently on a package called Bigger Bundle.However we have not had a phone in several years and its got to the point now where the V6 box has not even been turned on in 5 months. Its just not used.So now i just want internet only, nothing else....

Change cancellation date

I need to change my contract cancelation date. When I call the helpline, the call cuts out after 12 minutes and I'm not able to talk to anyone. Can someone please advise?
