Hoping to find some help here.
I've been trying to reset the password for my MyVM account, but getting nowhere.
I can provide the e-mail and answer the security questions but when it comes to reset the password it gives me "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." every time.
I have tried longer and shorter passwords, ones with lower case letters, higher case letters, numbers, special characters, etc. and it seems to make no difference, I face the same issue each time.
I need access to my account and it's somewhat infurating to be faced with this seemingly insurmountable obstacle.
Please help!

Sorry to hear of the issues with the resetting of the password on your account.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to attempt alternative browsers, or clearing the cache on the browser you're using to see if you can get this through?
