Unable to reset MyVM password
Hoping to find some help here. I've been trying to reset the password for my MyVM account, but getting nowhere. I can provide the e-mail and answer the security questions but when it comes to reset the password it gives me "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." every time. I have tried longer and shorter passwords, ones with lower case letters, higher case letters, numbers, special characters, etc. and it seems to make no difference, I face the same issue each time. I need access to my account and it's somewhat infurating to be faced with this seemingly insurmountable obstacle. Please help!
