Hello

I have never logged in online and therefore have forgotten my password. The password reset link doesn't work and does not send me an email (checked spam etc and tried multiple times over the past few weeks).

Please help!

If the email does not come through, suspect VM have your email spelt incorrectly.

What stage are you able to get up to when clicking on the "Register" button here? Is it being confirmed that there's already an account set-up or are you being allowed to go through the process of setting up an account?
